三种设置内存地址模式:页地址模式,水平地址模式和垂直地址模式
IIC模式无法使用垂直地址模式,我以页地址模式为例:
- 读写RAM的过程:
- 使用B0~B7选择页地址;
- 使用0X命令设置列地址指针低4位
- 使用1X命令设置列地址指针高4位
